Refund policy
As a company that values its customers, we strive to provide you with an experience that makes you feel confident in your purchase. We will always try to make it right!!! We won't cheat you and we hope you won't cheat us!
We have a 14-day return policy for online orders which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not offer refunds for in-person sales, but we will discuss an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. If you don't have a receipt, no problem, we know our jewelry and we should have a copy of your receipt.
We will not issue a refund or exchange for faults caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear or by not following the care instructions for online and in-person sales.
To start a return, you can contact us at landlsilverjewelry@gmail.com. We will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Or, we can meet in person, if you live in the Kansas City Metro.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom made pieces are not returnable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
